Giving Back: Turning Expertise into Impact

Clarity Occupational Health believes healthcare should create ripples of good far beyond clinic walls, both in the UK and globally. Through long‑term partnerships and practical action, Clarity’s “giving back” work focuses on disability inclusion, youth opportunity and community resilience in places where support is hardest to reach.

Community & giving back

Clarity Occupational Health invests in community initiatives that support inclusion, opportunity and wellbeing, because healthy workplaces depend on healthy, resilient communities. By giving time, skills and financial support, Clarity aims to create positive impact for local partners and show that social responsibility is a lived commitment, not just a statement.

Inclusion in Action: disability and youth in Sierra Leone

“Clarity: in Action” is a long‑term programme supporting disability rights, youth empowerment and community development in Kambia, Sierra Leone—one of the world’s most under‑resourced regions. Working alongside local organisation WESOFOD, Clarity helps develop accessible spaces, education and opportunities for disabled children and young people, ensuring investments are community‑led, culturally relevant and designed for long‑term sustainability.

Supporting grassroots sport and youth opportunity in the UK

Clarity also supports UK community projects that promote participation, confidence and connection for children and young people. Partnerships include initiatives such as the Ipswich Basketball Foundation, where funding and practical support help more young people access team sport, and youth football events where Clarity has provided shirts, goodie bags and staffed activities to create inclusive, positive experiences.

Volunteering, partnerships and wider community support

Beyond flagship projects, Clarity encourages employee involvement in volunteering, fundraising and local partnerships that address social issues and support community wellbeing. By working with charities and grassroots organisations, Clarity aims to build stronger relationships in the communities it touches and contribute to a more sustainable, equitable society.

How clients and partners can get involved

Clarity’s clients, partners and wider network are invited to be part of this work in ways that fit them best – from donating items to supporting specific projects or amplifying stories of inclusion. Every contribution, whether in kind, financial or skills‑based, helps extend opportunities to children and young people who are otherwise easy to overlook.

For organisations, getting involved can also support ESG and social value objectives by linking occupational health spend to wider community impact.
