Clinical roles

Clarity regularly recruits Occupational Health Physicians (OHPs), Occupational Health Advisors (OHAs) and Occupational Health Technicians (OHTs) to support its growing client base.

Typical clinical work includes:

  • Case management and management referrals, providing fitness‑for‑work advice and recommendations.

  • Health surveillance and statutory medicals, often delivered via mobile medical units and on‑site clinics.

  • Health screening, vaccinations, substance misuse testing and wellbeing activity as part of wider programmes.

Roles may be full‑time or part‑time, with options for clinic, on‑site, mobile and remote work depending on the post

Operational and support roles

Alongside clinicians, Clarity employs people in coordination, administration and leadership roles who keep services running smoothly.

These roles help to:

  • Coordinate appointments, mobile clinics and on‑site programmes across multiple locations.

  • Support clients with queries, reporting and day‑to‑day service management.

  • Contribute to quality, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Opportunities exist for people with experience in customer service, scheduling, project support and healthcare administration who want to work in an HSE‑focused environment.

Development, support and culture

Clarity emphasises development and support so people can progress and deliver high‑quality work.

  • Clinical staff receive supervision, appraisal and access to training to maintain and develop competencies.

  • All staff are encouraged to build skills, take on responsibility and contribute ideas for improving services.

  • A focus on inclusion and community – including initiatives like “Inclusion in Action” – shapes how people are treated inside and outside the organisation.

The goal is to create a workplace where colleagues feel supported, engaged and able to see the impact of their work.
